As a coffee roaster, my primary responsibility is to transform green coffee beans into roasted coffee that is flavorful, aromatic, and consistent in quality, ensuring that the coffee we produce meets the highest standards of quality. My role is both creative and technical, requiring a deep understanding of coffee and a commitment to producing high-quality, flavorful coffee. It’s a challenging but rewarding role, and one that requires a passion for coffee, a commitment to excellence, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Sok Dara
Technician
I was born and raised in Takeo province and pursued my passion for mechanics at Don Bosco Technical School before earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the NPIC. At GBS, I am responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee machines to ensure our clients’ operations run smoothly and efficiently. I am committed to delivering reliable technical support in every service task. Outside of work, I enjoy playing football and volleyball, as sports help me stay active, focused, and value teamwork.
