A great opportunity has arisen with a leading coffee supplier company in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We are looking for a B2B, Manager, Marketing and Branding who can own their B2B marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix.

The successful candidate will need proven experience in Campaign Management, able to produce quality content, PR, and email marketing, and be commercially minded.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Shareholders in executing the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company’s business objectives.
  • Focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing, and analytics.
  • Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to increasing marketing’s contribution to revenue. This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic, and project management expertise.
  • Working on B2B marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix
  • Delivering the content marketing strategy across multiple channels
  • Manage the social media accounts creating relevant content, video, and blogs
  • Create content to support events and webinars
  • Web copywriter and content creation
  • Driving marketing through CRM systems
  • Market research and campaign planning
  • Press releases and media planning with the external PR agency
  • Email and postal DM marketing
  • Track and report on campaign performance
  • Work across the group’s brands as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
  • A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous
  • At least three years of experience as a marketing manager or branding manager
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
  • Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
